Managed Operations on Azure

Azure Monitor and Sentinel feed the customer's ITSM; patching, backup and recovery run on policy; cost is reviewed every month.

How NGT runs an Azure estate once it is live. Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights collect metrics, logs and traces; alerts and Sentinel incidents become tickets in the customer's ITSM for NGT's L1/L2 team with L3 engineers behind them. Update Manager, Azure Backup and Site Recovery keep systems patched and recoverable, and budgets, Advisor and Azure Policy drive the monthly cost review.

When to use it

  • An estate just migrated to Azure, at the end of its hyper-care
  • Users find outages before the operations team does
  • A monthly Azure bill that keeps growing with nobody owning it

How NGT delivers it

Built from code, reviewed at a gate by an NGT architect, and handed over with runbooks your team can run.
