Invoices, contracts and forms read by Document Intelligence; confident fields flow on, uncertain ones go to people.
Documents arrive by upload or land in Blob Storage, where an Azure Function starts extraction. Document Intelligence returns fields with confidence scores: high-confidence data goes to Cosmos DB, the rest to human review. AI services then enrich it for search, dashboards and business systems.
