Agentic IT Operations
A super-agent routes requests from chat, ITSM and change intake to specialised agents; monitoring reaches its agents directly, so nobody raises a ticket.
Requests arrive in chat, from the ITSM tool and as change requests. A super-agent keeps the context and routes each one to the agent that owns that kind of work: intake, knowledge questions, data and changes. Monitoring takes a second path: the monitoring agent detects an anomaly and hands it to the runbook agent, which guides the engineer through the fix. Agents reach systems only through registered tools behind an MCP gateway, under identity, model routing, guardrails, policy and audit.

When to use it
- Operations teams handle many routine requests across many tools by hand
- L1 and L2 hand-offs slow down simple tickets and data requests
- Monitoring is watched by people who then raise tickets for each anomaly
How NGT delivers it
Built from code, reviewed at a gate by an NGT architect, and handed over with runbooks your team can run.
